Our team has experience working with youth & adolescents, educators, social workers and mental health practitioners, administrators, and grass roots organizations around many challenging issues faced by systems working toward change. IFS will design a workshop or series of trainings to address your organization’s particular needs. This starts with an organizational assessment based on interviews with key stakeholders and participants in your organization. Our dynamic workshops engage participants to create an environment where one’s gender, race, class, sexual orientation and gender identity are appreciated and valued as part of the fabric of growth and transformation. An evaluation of the workshop and recommendations for next steps are included in this package.
